It’s spring break. “So hit the outdoors,” people!
Why you should go camping
So, why should you go camping? Camping is a great ethical way to unwind and disconnect from the outside world. It offers a quiet area with different opportunities for both land and water type sports. Camping can often promote privacy for just yourself or just your family to help relieve stress from the outside world and personal struggles that are better left back home.
Why Spring Break is the best time to go camping
The reason why spring break is considered the best time is because, that’s when everyone is off work and school. The summer is also a great option because it doesn’t involve school, but what about work? In spring break almost all jobs are called off because of the week period, making it the perfect time to go camping. Another main reason is because of the weather. In the summer, the weather can climb close to over 100 degrees. While, in winter the temperature can climb down to 10 degrees. But during spring, it’s safe to say that the temperature would be just the right amount for a quiet time on the side of a lake.
Different types of camping
Different types of camping always come to mind whenever someone brings up the term. The type of camping depends on where someone decides to go camping. One type of camping is known as car camping. When it comes to car camping, two different variations may appear in one’s mind. The first is actual car camping, where one sets up their living area in the back of their car. The other is just sleeping in a tent and storing all your food in the car. Maybe, someone would like to just walk in all their things to the campsite, away from the car.
Prices for different locations
Many camping locations can depend on the cost of what the area might cost to stay there. Over the years prices have risen and fallen in different places and depended on the visitors the area gets. For example, as of 2020, the camping price at Yosemite National Park was between $20 and 30$ per night. As of 2024, the prices have gone up to $35 to 50$ per night. Another example is Yellowstone prices being raised as more demand comes in for the season. As of 2020, prices were in a range of $30 to $35. As of 2024, prices have grown to over $40 to $65.
Best places to go for Spring Break, according to Mr. Mueller
¨So what are some different places you would like to go camping?¨
¨My favorite places to go camping are in wooden cabins. You know, walls and a stove. I’m not exactly a tent kinda guy. I do like the cabins they have in Pennsylvania along the Appalachian trail. I make do without electricity or water in those cabins as well”.
¨Do you think the places you hear about on ads are realistic enough?¨
¨I don’t usually see too many ads about this place so I can provide solid feedback.
¨Do you think the United States has the highest rate of campers each year, apart from other countries? And why?¨
“I can say for sure but I can assume that it’s somewhere up there. Your claim is pretty accurate ”.
