In the early morning hours of Tuesday, January 21, a pipe burst in the building, causing the entire heating system to shut down. MCPS was notified and decided to close the school, cancel all after-school activities and any scheduled public use of the building. Grab and Go meals will be provided curbside from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. 

   Mr. Yates and building services staff were called to the building to take care of the situation. As of now, no specific date has been announced when the system will be fixed.
